Komal has been at Return-It for 2 years and is the General Manager Operations. She oversees the national operations across Australia by managing the performance and growth of the business. Komal has a key role in building and maintaining Return-It's diverse partnerships including with the government, suppliers and charities.
Komal draws on over 14 years of financial and management experience to grow Return-It and it's improve the experience for Return-It customers. She has driven top and bottom line growth through efficiency driven initiatives, cost transformation, pricing activities and a customer-driven approach.
