Clark joined the Re.Group board in 2022 following the company's acquisition of Polytrade Recycling. Clark founded the Sydney-based, Mercury Capital in 2010.
Mercury focuses on investing in established Australian and New Zealand based businesses with $50m to $200m in valuations.
Clark is the Chairman of the Mercury Capital Funds, the Chief Executive of Mercury Capital and the Manager of each Fund. Mercury invests alongside management, in businesses that demonstrate leadership in their industry, clear growth strategies and compelling growth opportunities.
