Re.Cycle Operations

Re.Group is pleased to advise all stakeholders we have rebranded one of our business units, Polytrade Operations, to Re.Cycle Operations. This new name is consistent with the naming convention across Re.Group.

In June 2022 Re.Group acquired recyclables processing assets from an established recycling business, Polytrade. This acquisition added strategically important facilities across New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland to Re.Group’s existing network. Since that acquisition, Re.Group’s dedicated staff have worked tirelessly to fully integrate and transition the acquired assets into our network.

The only change is that the entity name of Polytrade Operations Pty Ltd has now been formally changed to Re.Cycle Operations Pty Ltd. The rebrand has not resulted in any change to Polytrade Operations’ (now Re.Cycle Operations’) ACN, ABN, company officers, ownership, control, people or infrastructure. The rebrand is simply a further and natural progression in the harmonisation of the acquired assets into Re.Group.

This change will not affect the continuity nor the manner in which Re.Group delivers outcomes for our customers and the community. Our stated vision remains steadfast, to design, build, operate and optimise infrastructure that enables the maximum amount of waste to be diverted from disposal and positively re-used as a renewable resource.
